This has been my first week back in TN, living at home with Mom.
In some ways it does feel like it's been over 18 months since I've been here but in many ways everything still feels the same.
Amazingly a close friend of mine was also back in town this week so I was able to catch up with him and a few other people I haven't seen since high school.
Work wise, it's been an interesting transition moving to a different time zone. For the past two weeks (and likely the foreseeable future) I had even more collaborations with Singapore, which has been tricky seeing as I'm now in a 12 hour time difference. However, it has meant that I have more uninterrupted time to work which has been great. My new workspace is a lounge chair out on the back porch. I expect to work from there for a long time to come (or at least until it gets too hot).
I've also been spending time working on my Vivid Vision, both for myself and for Setkit. I want to update my personal logo and get some new profile shots and working on the Vivid Vision to help inform them. Similarly I want to have a clear picture of what Setkit should be and how I can begin actively pushing it forward.
Lastly, I've been continuing the research and ideation on getting a multi-family rental to house hack in Charleston. It's a hot market at the moment so I expect most locations to be gotten quick. I listened to a great episode of BiggerPockets today which has me thinking. I believe there will be a market correction in the near future so I'm hesitant on making a move too quick.
